Echo watches the places work already arrives: email, calendar, Teams, WhatsApp, your CRM, meeting notes and accounting. It works out who each message is from and which venture it belongs to, then turns it into finished work: a drafted reply, a follow-up, a calendar invitation, a CRM note, a task.

What holds, every time
- Nothing leaves without youEvery reply, invitation and update waits for your approval of the exact text being sent. Editing after approving cancels the approval.
- A gate before any modelA fixed set of rules sorts each message before an AI reads it. A first-time sender lands in review by arithmetic alone, and anything financial goes there too.
- Runs on your computerYour mail is never copied to our servers. Your logins stay in your machine's own password safe.
- A receipt for everythingA logbook records what was proposed, who approved it, and what happened. You can read it back at any time.
- Your choice of modelA hosted model, a Claude session, or a model running entirely on your machine. If the one you chose is unavailable, the draft waits. It is never reassigned.
